The iconic LA Mart, a gift and home marketplace in Downtown Los Angeles since 1958, was confronting a challenging period marked by misconceptions and declining foot traffic. Perceptions that LA Mart had been dismantled or sold for parts, combined with fierce competition from other wholesale marketplaces was hindering growth. RIPE was hired to revitalize LA Mart’s brand awareness and reverse its dwindling market presence with a targeted, localized marketing strategy.
