The iconic LA Mart, a renowned Gift & Home Showroom in Los Angeles, was confronting a challenging period marked by misconceptions and declining foot traffic. Perceptions that LA Mart had been dismantled or sold for parts, combined with fierce competition from other prominent Marts like Las Vegas and Atlanta, were hindering its growth. RIPE Media was tasked with revitalizing LA Mart’s brand and reversing its dwindling market presence.
The primary goal was to change the prevailing narrative from “LA Mart is dead” to “LA Mart is alive and thriving.” RIPE aimed to correct misconceptions, increase building traffic, and reinforce LA Mart as a top destination for gift and home products in the West Coast region. This relaunch was conceptualized as a crucial reboot, focusing on enhancing both online and in-person shopping experiences to attract diverse generational shoppers.
LAUNCH
